At Quibraxnyez, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted scented candles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Candles must be unused and unlit
- Products must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Products without original packaging
- Custom or personalised candle orders
- Items purchased on final sale
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@quibraxnyez.world with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorisation
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your candle for a different fragrance:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The original item must meet return eligibility requirements
- If the new item has a higher price, you'll pay the difference
- If lower, we'll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Products
If your candle arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not dispose of damaged items until instructed
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Return shipping for defective items is covered by Quibraxnyez
Return Shipping
For standard returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Quibraxnyez is not responsible for items lost in return transit

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for products with major faults.
